Amazing stay and accommodations were so awesome. staff was so helpful and nice and willing to help with any questions or information requested. They work with a car service so we were able to get to and from places fairly quickly. the breakfast was delicious. very safe place and family oriented.

The breakfast was great. The staff is very friendly. My congrat to the housekeeping and overal main area maintance team. These ladies really do an above and beyond job. Hotel is close to two malls and has great restaurants walking distance.

Overall, the hotel provides a good service. in this case location was the best until I realized an Encore Hotel was in the same location. breakfast is a good option / quality TV channel selection is OK

I stayed there with my wife and kids and they loved the heated pool. It was so relaxing, indoor, good size. The location is good if you have things to do on the South of Guadalajara.
